Conveniently situated close to Moorgate station in the centre of the City of London, we are on hand to help you. Our clinicians have a wide range of clinical experience and will use that to accurately assess and diagnose your problem.We will then work with you to help you achieve your goals by using using the most up to date, evidence based treatment and rehabilitate you back to the highest possible level.
Part of our treatment is also to help you to gain an understanding of your problem and why it occurred, in order to try and prevent further problems occurring or re-injury.
Grainne qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002 and then went on to obtain an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy in 2010 from Kings College, London. Since qualifying, she has worked within the NHS, GP clinics, elite sport and has worked in private practice within the City of London for the last 4 years. Her sports experience includes working as first team physiotherapist at London Welsh and London Scottish, as well as being involved in the Elite Player Development Group at London Irish. More recently, she has also been involved in providing Physiotherapy for a BBC television programme. Grainne is also physiotherapist for Central School of Ballet in London and regognised with Once Dance UK.
Having worked in a variety of settings, Grainne has gained considerable experience in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, ranging from acute sports injuries to over-use injuries and postural related pain. She uses a range of clinical techniques including manipulation and acupuncture within her treatment and has a strong interest in rehabilitation, which she finds is an integral part of her treatment, of which she is used to providing to a high level.
